Prime Messaging (“Prime Messaging,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Prime Messaging mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Prime Messaging and its related services made available worldwide.
At this time, Prime Messaging is available on iPhone and iPad.
Prime Messaging is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
3. Information We Collect
We aim to collect only the data needed to operate and improve the Service.
3.1 Information You Provide
Depending on how you use Prime Messaging, we may collect:
- Email address
- Sign in with Apple account information, as provided by Apple
- Profile information you choose to add
- display name
- profile photo
- username
- other profile-related information you voluntarily provide
- Information you provide when contacting support
3.2 Guest Mode
Prime Messaging may offer a Guest Mode with limited functionality.
When using Guest Mode:
- you may be asked to provide only your name
- a temporary guest account is created
- a special username may be assigned to indicate that the account is a guest account
- the guest account is designed to remain active for up to 3 days, after which it is deleted
- communication from guest accounts may be subject to a request/invite flow
- other users may be able to restrict or block message requests from guest accounts
We collect only the information necessary to provide and manage Guest Mode.
3.3 Device and Technical Information
Starting from app version 1.2.2, we may collect limited technical information such as:
- Device model
- Operating system and version
- Language settings
- Crash logs
- Diagnostics data
- Push notification token
We do not currently collect general usage analytics or behavioral tracking data.
3.4 Contacts
If you grant permission, Prime Messaging may access your device contacts to help you find and connect with other users.
- Contact matching is performed locally on your device
- We do not upload your address book to our servers for this purpose
- You may decline or revoke contact access at any time through your device settings
3.5 Permissions and Optional Features
Depending on the features you use, the app may request access to:
- Contacts
- Camera
- Microphone
- Photo library / gallery
- Files / storage
- Location services
These permissions are used only to provide requested features such as profile setup, media sharing, calls, file sharing, or location sharing.
4. Messages, Calls, and User Content
4.1 Message Content
We do not store the content of your messages on our own servers.
4.2 Encryption
At this time, Prime Messaging does not offer end-to-end encryption.
4.3 Access to Messages
We do not design our Service to read the contents of users’ private messages stored outside our systems. Since message content is not stored on our servers, our ability to access message content is limited accordingly.
4.4 Attachments and Shared Content
We do not store attachments on our servers.
4.5 Calls and Location Sharing
Prime Messaging may support audio/video calls and location-sharing features. Information related to the operation of these features is processed only as needed to provide the Service.
5. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Provide messaging features and Guest Mode
- Deliver notifications
- Verify users and send one-time passwords (OTP), where applicable
- Enable calls, media sharing, location sharing, and related features
- Maintain app functionality and security
- Diagnose crashes and technical issues
- Respond to support requests
- Enforce our rules and protect the Service from abuse, spam, or misuse
6. Legal Bases / Grounds for Processing
Depending on your location, we may process your information based on:
- your consent
- the necessity to provide the Service you request
- our legitimate interest in maintaining, securing, and improving the Service
- compliance with applicable legal obligations
7. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data.
We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may use carefully selected service providers that process limited information on our behalf only as necessary to operate the Service, such as:
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — for sending push notifications
- Twilio — only for delivering one-time passwords (OTP)
- Railway — for hosting and infrastructure
These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
We may also share information if necessary to:
- protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the Service
- investigate abuse, spam, fraud, or violations of our rules
- comply with a valid legal obligation, if required by applicable law
8. Data Storage and International Transfers
Prime Messaging uses infrastructure provided by Railway. As a result, your information may be processed or stored on servers located in different countries.
By using the Service, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
In general:
- account-related data is retained while your account remains active
- guest account data is intended to be deleted after 3 days
- certain limited technical records, such as crash and diagnostics data, may be retained for a limited period as reasonably necessary for maintenance and security
If you delete your account, we will delete your account data from our servers, subject to limited technical, backup, security, or legal necessities where applicable.
According to the current design of the Service, account deletion is intended to result in prompt removal of associated data from our servers.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- correct your account information
- delete your account
- delete your messages
- revoke permissions granted through your device settings

11. Account Deletion
If you delete your account, we intend to permanently remove your account data from our servers without undue delay, subject to limited exceptions required for system integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
12. Push Notifications
We may send you service-related push notifications, such as alerts, verification messages, and app-related notices.
You can control push notifications through your device settings.
13. No Advertising / No Sale of Data
Prime Messaging is currently a free service.
We do not currently use advertising SDKs or third-party ad trackers in the app, and we do not sell users’ personal data.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including TLS for data in transit.
However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Abuse, Safety, and Enforcement
We may investigate reports of abuse, spam, fraud, or violations of our rules, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or threaten the safety or integrity of the Service.
16. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party platforms, operating systems, and service providers. Your use of device-level or platform-level features may also be subject to those third parties’ own privacy terms and policies.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will provide a separate notice, such as through an in-app notice or another appropriate method.
